“The room was downgraded from what I was told by the staff. Our bed was as if they put a sheet over a brick it was so hard and uncomfortable. Then we seen cockroaches all over the room. Mouse or rat droppings in the bathroom as well. One of the housekeepers said that we stained the blankets with lipstick and my wife doesn’t even use any makeup whatsoever. So they tried to charge us for it. We use to go here every time we come to the Philippines but never again. They don’t take care of the place……
