House completely renovated in 2015 in the small town of character of Roscoff. Privileged location with beach and thalassotherapy within a minute on foot, old port with shops and restaurants at 200 m.

House with 3 bedrooms (2 beds of 140 and one of 160), one with a view of the Ile de Batz, 2 bathrooms: one with shower, the other with bath, 2 WCs.

1 main room with fitted kitchen: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave.

Jolie petite maison entièrement rénovée et confortable, bien décorée et équipée, toute proche du centre et de tout...Nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour (malgré un temps un peu froid et maussade qui nous a empêché de profiter de la terrasse, mais ça, c'est la météo !). A recommander donc... (N. B. Un petit bémol cependant pour l'absence de chauffage dans la salle d'eau à l'étage, lequel serait bien utile en arrière saison...D'autre part, il faudrait indiquer que le garage est assez petit et donc peu adapté à une voiture d'une certaine taille)

Wir hatten zwei sehr angenehme Wochen im Ferienhaus in Roscoff. Das Haus liegt ein wenig abseits von den belebten Straßen. Es ist aber alles innerhalb von fünf Minuten zu erreichen. Roscoff ist ein lebendiger Ort, der sich super als Ausgangspunkt für diverse Unternehmungen anbietet. Größere Supermärkte sind mit dem Auto bequem zu erreichen. Das Haus selber hat uns gut gefallen. Es ist alles da (nur tiefe Teller wären noch schön) und es war alles sehr sauber bei der Ankunft. So beginnt man gerne seinen Urlaub. Die Schlüsselübergabe mit Delphine und ihrem Mann klappte ebenfalls reibungslos und es half ungemein, dass beide Englisch sprachen. Wir haben zwei schöne und erholsame Wochen in Roscoff verbracht und würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen.

A fantastic stay in Roscoff

Our accommodation was perfectly situated close to the town centre and had everything that we needed. It was light, airy and comfortable. The host gave us the keys early as our ferry arrived at 8am and the previous tenants had left the day before, which was very kind. The small enclosed garden was a suntrap and safe for a four year old. There is a secure garage in which to park your car. We had a roof box, so couldn't fit, but had no trouble finding spaces in the free parking close by. The only issue for others might be the narrow stair and low ceilings upstairs. There is a double bedroom and bathroom downstairs with plenty of headroom though. A small beach is literally seconds away from the front door and the life guard patrolled beach with concrete tide pools, toilets and a café is just 4 minutes' walk. The beaches are brilliant for rock-pooling and will keep small children (and big kids) occupied for hours. We found hermit crabs, shore crabs, little fish, anemones, shrimps and a variety of sea snails. The tide pool is great for children too, and has warmed up a bit by early evening if the tides are right for it to have had an afternoon in the sun. Roscoff town is lovely, and full of decent restaurants and little shops within 10 minutes' walk of the accommodation. The architecture is beautiful; narrow cobbled streets with ancient buildings interspersed with little turrets and towers, and there's plenty to see and do. The free bus has a stop close to the accommodation and goes every 15 minutes throughout the summer, looping all around the town from the ferry port to the centre. The Bay of Morlaix boat trip and the exotic gardens (on the route of the free bus) are definitely recommended. Small children can be entertained on the permanent merry-go-round at the harbour 'Le Petit Manege Du Port', which has the bonus of the opportunity to win a free go. We were blessed with the weather, so we didn't look for indoor entertainments, or travel far, but there appeared to be plenty on offer. The E Leclerc supermarket in Saint-Pol-de-Leon is just 10 minutes' drive away and has an incredible selection of seafood. We can also recommend the pastries, cakes and Dijonnaise sausages. If you are car-less, the free bus goes to the Casino supermarket in Roscoff, and the town centre has bakeries and an epicerie. We would come back again to both the accommodation and the town, and recommend them to anyone looking for a holiday.

Des propriétaires très accueillants et disponibles. La maison est conforme aux photos, très cosy et confortable, décorée avec goût , très bien équipée, à proximité du centre ville. Tout est accessible à pied et même pour nous qui n'étions pas véhiculés, il y a un supermarché Casino qui effectue les livraisons à domicile! Nous vous recommandons vivement cette location sur Roscoff. Arnaud et Caroline (séjour du 02 mars au 09 mars 2019)

Gepflegtes Domizil in toller Lage

Gepflegtes, liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhäuschen mit sonnigen Terrassen nur wenige Schritte über die Straße und man ist am Meer, soweit die Tide es zulässt. In 10 min ist man in der kurzweiligen Innenstadt und am Hafen von Roscoff, wo zahlreiche Bars und Restaurants mit allerlei Krustentieren verwöhnen.

The house was bright and comfortable. The garden a lovely sun trap and Roscoff is a beautiful harbour town. Lots of lovely walks on the GR34! Great swimming beaches. The owners were very friendly and accommodating!

Great Gite. Everything that you need and a very handy location.

A very comfortable gite with very friendly and helpful owners. Wifi, video games and DVDs very useful when staying with children. Well equipped and well situated - 5 mins walk to the shops and the centre of Roscoff, where there are many excellent restaurants. Just opposite the beach. Nice walks nearby and close to the boat for the Ile de Batz. Will return soon.
