  • Beachfront villa on the coast of northern Finistère in Brittany. The house offers a 180° ocean view from all living areas (of the islands and the bay), facing southeast. A family-friendly, southeast-facing beach, sheltered from the wind, is located just below the villa, along with a shared swimming pool heated to 30° (from June to September), a garden, and private terraces.

    The villa features a master suite on the first floor with a walk-in shower, a walk-in closet, and direct access to a 40m² terrace made of exotic wood overlooking the sea. The main floor features a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a dining room, a guest restroom, and the entryway.
    The upper floor consists of two bedrooms (one with a walk-in closet) with direct access to the balcony, and a bathroom equipped with a bathtub, a sink, and a toilet.
    The garage is equipped with a washing machine, a dryer, and a dishwasher.

    This hamlet includes three other villas, with landscaping designed to respect each resident’s privacy and independence. High-end amenities.
