“The pictures of the backyard don't do it justice! We met in Wichita for a short family reunion and had three dogs with us. They stayed in their kennels while inside, but they could stretch their legs in the backyard chasing balls and playing together. Nick and Kassidy reached out to us before we arrived to ask our preferred temperature for the hot tub. Only three ended up using that, but they all enjoyed it. “I arrived 15 min early and the cleaners were still cleaning. The cleaning lady, was sweet and explained the other people were late leaving. I waited and at 3pm they still were cleaning. They asked if they could leave the towels in the dryer, I agreed. I left and was notified at 3:20 it was ready. 20 min late! Jeremiah emailed, “It’s done , only 20 min late. The garbage can was at the curb and overfilled, boxes on the curbs next to it. Cleaners put the new bag of garbage on the ground and……

“The property setting is definitely rural country, remote and private. The interior of the house is quite large and can accommodate groups. The home was clean and well furnished. We enjoyed the outdoors grilling on the weber gas grill and our day visitors played basketball and used the trampoline. We brought our own lawn chairs which were more comfortable than their outdoor seating. Overall our group was very pleased with their stay.”

Alex was great to communicate with us about expectations of our stay. It was very clean, large King size beds, and strong water pressure were some of my favorite things about the house.”

“We’ve stayed here many times and keep coming back because it’s been great experiences. This trip had some hiccups. Our family hung out Friday night in the lobby and the bar was closed. That was disappointing. I had planned on working over the weekend but the wifi was down the entire time. That was huge. There was only one elevator, which wasn’t a big deal to me since I never use it but my husband spent time waiting for it. The place was full this weekend. The coffee was room temp each morning.……
