“Hotels were full in Roseau and warroad so I looked for plan b. This was perfect for an American experience, as a quiet place to yourself. One said the fireflies and stars are a first in many years. Excellent. Should move to plan A for all people!!”

“We came up to do some fishing. Host let us drop off our trailers early. The heated garage was awesome to thaw out and store our fishing gear. Cabin was amazing. Nice and cozy. Would definitely stay there again. ”

“We stayed at the Cozy House for a week so we could attend family reunions. It was the perfect place for us while we were there. Karlstad is adorable and you should check out the fun Scandinavian shop in town. The area is full of history, which included my own family over 100 years ago. We truly enjoyed our stay and Sandy was so nice to work with. We would love to come back some day!”

“Fridge, stove, microwave were all dirty. Fridge and cupboards contained opened packages of food, and expired items. Judging from the food and personnal items in the bedroom and bath It seems like some one actually lives there, but wasn’t home while we were there. Very creepy. No TV, no wifi. No security. Front door didn’t even have a door knob..”
