Enjoyed the balcony and river view. Other guests were loud and being between two major highways/ roads there was traffic noise. Overall, it was a decent stay for an overnight trip. The room was clean and comfortable.

My husband and I stayed at Riverfront Inn in Roseburg in May of 2026. The room was clean, decently updated and had everything we needed for our short stay. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They knew we were from out of town and they even offered suggestions on places to eat. My only complaint is that the mattress was too firm, so I didn't sleep well but that seems to be the trend for motels and hotels these days.

this is a very modest facility in a generally great location on the South Umpqua River in Roseburg. A small porch provided a nice place to sit and enjoy the river and the park-like yard between the facility and the river. The only downside of the location was a surprising number of jerks driving their noisy trucks very fast over the bridge that is a hundred yards from the motel.

A simply lovely stay. Property is on the S fork of the Umpqua river. We had a great view off our little balcony. Nicely upgraded.clean room. Great mattress Helpful staff gave us local hiking ideas . Minimal continental breakfast with great coffee! Will definitely stay again!!!

Renovated to modernize, this is a nice older 2 story motel right on the river. And their continental breakfast was much more than expected. More than toast, they provided cereal, bagels, oatmeal packets and hard boiled eggs. Were very satisfied with our stay!

My room was clean, and comfy. Everything was like it should have been. I liked their outdoor area by the river. I didn't realize that there were rooms facing the river with balconies. I was cold and rainy when i was there, so I didn't get to check out much.

Rooms were incredibly small and very dated, very noisy and right next to a busy highway the breakfast was a joke, it was in the office that was very small and was called "a cold breakfast" I did not even go in Mabey they had coffee I don't know. The only thing that was nice was the view out of the back, but it did not make up for the crappy bed and rock hard pillows and the noise when you wanted to sleep.
