「Easy check in, snacks and water were a nice touch and much appreciated. This was my first experience with VRBO or any other platform like it. The house was pretty clean overall and the electric fireplace was great given that the first night was in the low 20s. Good communication from the owner as the refrigerator/freezer wasn’t on when I arrived and the freezer had defrosted. For my 2 night stay there was only one wash cloth and no hand towel. And it remained clogged despite multiple attempts of trying to fix the issue. When we checked in the house was dirty, and portraits were tilted. We had to clean the home ourselves. 」
