“Glenn was a very gracious host and the rental was everything we expected and MORE! The pool was amazing and we appreciated that we could use the BBQ. The cabana was very clean and comfortable and it didn’t take long at all for it to feel like home. We also met Brad, the amazing peacock, and he entertained us for hours. We highly recommend the property and will definitely book again for our next trip! Thank you, Glenn!”

“Beautiful home, exactly as pictured!! Host was easy to communicate with even though we had no issues! Everything was thought of to make the stay comfortable. We didn’t cook to take advantage of the local restaurants but the kitchen appeared to have everything needed and then some! The beach was amazing. Down just a few steps. It was basically a private beach. Living room furniture as well as beds were comfortable. Best part was you can hear the ocean while going to sleep! We would definitely……

“Our first stay at Turtle Run, but not our first visit to Melbourne Beach. We love this area already. The accommodation was pretty much perfect. We had everything we needed, plenty of space, nice kitchen, porch and patio. Right on the beach, quiet. There are nice restaurants around, but cooked at home a lot, including the outdoor grill. “Small home in an older part of Vero Beach. The location is near old down town that is undergoing a revitalization process. Neighborhood is okay, but not a good place to go for a walk. No sidewalks or anything. Quick drive over to the island and the beach. If you are planning to stay to make meals and cook, know this is a very small kitchen. Functional, but I didn't attempt to cook in it beyond using the microwave.”

“This is a renovated 1920's home. Gorgeous wood floors, updated kitchen, lots of space in the house. None of the windows can be opened, seemed to be nailed shut. The bathroom was roomy and updated. Good hot water. It could use a fresh coat of paint and fresh caulk in some areas. The tub was very slow to drain. I was standing in ankle deep water while showering. I emailed a question to the contact on Friday and got a response on Sunday. The backyard was being dug up. There was a Bobcat……

“The place is clean, lots of store nearby, dock is shared with other renters on property, caught a few catfish, nice deck but rained on and off, wished it was covered but overall nice property”

“A great property for someone who wants an out of the way location near a beach. The Owner is very friendly and helpful. The master bedroom, living area and kitchen are on the second floor with lots of light and views. The kitchen is very well provided with modern appliances. All other bedrooms are on the ground floor and are smallish without views.”

“It was a great experience. The hotel is only 2 minutes walk to the beach, a wonderful location to see the sunrise. The room was clean and equipped with everything needed. The front desk, Jennifer as I remember, was very helpful. She waited for our late check-in and got everything ready. When we needed a kettle, she didn’t bother to find one for us even though it was time to go home. We feel so sorry that we forgot to leave tips before we checked out. We’ll definitely live there next time we……

“This Vero property is worth a repeat visit. The owners are on standby with whatever you need as they live nearby themselves. We were down with another family for baseball at the nearby Jackie Robinson complex and the house accomodated 8 of us just fine. The location puts you near all that Vero has to offer and you are about 10 minutes to the beaches. It is worth noting that there is a garage on the property ( which consists of 3 lots ) that the owner uses throughout the week. He doesnt intrude……
