「地點在鄰近火車站，十分方便交通，附近飲食食店也不少。雖鄰近火車站，但安靜，十分好。提供的早餐很好頗豐富。 酒店環境一般，地氈有些污糟。浴室去水不是很好，令洗澡時水有些浸及濺水浴室門。職員態度可以，但弄錯了我們入住的Keycard,導致Keycard失效，我們晚上10：40pm回酒店無法用Keycard開酒店大門（Reception，10pm closed),亦無法乘lift上樓，打酒店電話無人接聽。幸運地有住客出現協助（她用的Keycard陪同我地乘lift上樓）。但幸好Keycard可以入房間！翌日通知職員昨晚問題，回覆是職員弄錯Keycard導致失效！其實問題很嚴重，如果昨晚沒有住客出現及協助，我和家人恐怕要在大堂過夜。事件令人對酒店信心大失！ 」

「The location is great, only minutes from the train station, where you can also find the coop supermarket in the complex. It's off the main street so the traffic won't bother your rest. A sign showing the entrance, which looks no difference from other office building, would definitely help. Staff are friendly and helpful. The room are spacious and tidy and you can make yourself a coffee with the nespresso machine. The breakfast is good.」

「Das Hotel liegt zentral und ist gut zu Fuss vom Bahnhof Winterthur erreichbar. Bei schlechtem Wetter ist im Preis sogar das Kinoprogramm enthalten. Die Zimmer sind sauber und modern. Das Frühstück ist auch gut, einzig die Hafermilch hat gefehlt, aber selbst die wurde dann auf Wunsch hingekzaubert.」

「The only issue I had was checking in (unless I missed something). I was unable to access the hotel entrance (door located to the right of the building) even after using the app. I walked in through the restaurant entrance and was able to find my room key in a cubby at the top of the stairs. Other than having clearer instructions with checking in, the hotel is fabulous. It's very convenient and within walking distance to bus and train stops.」

「Über die Buchung bei Expedia war leider nicht klar kommuniziert, dass das eine Art WG ist. Die Bilder der Unterkunft sind online schön aber leider von der Realität entfernt. Wir mussten uns mit 5 anderen Leuten 1 Badezimmer teilen. Eine Katastrophe. Die Zimmer sind auch nicht gut ausgestattet.. keine Rolladen, kein Spiegel, kein Nachtlicht, 4 Kleiderbügel für 2 Kleiderstangen? , uvm. Keine gute Kommunikation an der Rezeption… Auch zu diesem Preis, leider nicht empfehlenswert.」

「Not a good place, the ad is lying. There was no air conditioning, even though the ad said there was, the sheet was so small it didn’t cover my feet, there was no WiFi like they said, no laundry because no one is ever there to give you the key for it, hot water kettle but no coffee cups. I wouldn’t stay here again, I felt cheated!」

「The mattress, comforter without its cover sheet, pillows look terrible have mixmatch colors, bigger size. The towers looks bad. The host should learn how to do a basic cleaning standard business. The room is pretty new construction but the bedding, organized bathroom is also ver important 」
