Good place to stay

Everything was very good except that our ac did not work. It was a nice day and cool night so it was OK. Parking is excellent, breakfast was good, and the people are helpful and nice. Very modern and clean.

The hotel is new, very clean, has excellent parking and the hosts are very nice, but the rooms are very small. There are no cups in the room and no possibility to add blankets and pillows and did me a big favor by bringing me another pillow after it was explained to me that there were two pillows for the room. There is room for improvement. Breakfast was good.

It's a good deal considering the very low price, one cannot expect too much. The bed and the bathroom were very clean. The room was a bit dark (burned-out reading lamp above the bed). The breakfast was good. Check-in was strictly at 3 p.m. (not earlier). Overall you got what you paid for!

The rooms are clean and spacious. We booked 2 rooms. 1 for my partner and 1 for me. Unfortunately the ventilation on the room for my partner did not work, which made the room very humid and it smelled like that on a very hot summer day. My partner went to the reception and requested if she could get a different room. The lady a the reception was not very helpful, as you book a room and expect everything to work properly. They could not give a proper service. For my partner to get a different room I had to cancel the complete booking tru Expedia, which ment that I would cancel my room too. It was apparently so difficult to assign my partner to a different room which a small additional cost. For us it was not a problem of paying additional cost, but a problem of the lady being so difficult. Also I had to hear that she could not do it any another way and that the manager was not reachable to discuss the issue. But when I mentioned I can't cancel the booking because I paid for the 2 rooms in one payment and it would cancel mine room too. Then it was suddenly possible to call the manager talk about the issue and just assign my partner a new room with proper ventilation. This whole ordeal could have been avoided when the lady just did it immediately. Mind you it was super hot that day so yes ventilation was very important to have. They lack a proper service to the customer even for something a basic as this.

Fantastic stay

Lovely hotel and a fantastic experience. Food was excellent and rooms were very good. Shame the rooftop bar was closed during our stay, would have loves a drink with that fantastic view.

Manual check-in not a minute before 3 PM

The hotel requires manual check at 3 PM, not a minute before. No one is there if you're attempting to check in early. By 2:55 several groups are already queued up to check in at the kiosk. The hotel is fine; the rooms have a sink and frig, the AC is very European, re tepid at best. Parking is free and easy. It's fine, just show up around 4 PM.

Very quiet place and safe, otherwise from my experience one day my room wasn’t cleaned at all. Even, they didn’t change the bedsheet and pillows cover during all my stay. So, disappointing from room cleaning service. Getting taxi from and to the hotel is not easy at all.

Nice hotel, but...

The room was clean, modern and nice. The hotel is outside of the city, in an industrial area, so not so nice but very easy to reach and with a lot of free parking space. My main problem was with the check in. info are sent via e-mail, but only in German. I had a problem with my room key and, as nobody is at the reception even when it is open, nor there was a way to call someone in case of problem, I had to spend almost an hour to find a solution together with other 2 guests that were in the same situation. probably a bad luck that day, but I suggest to make it easier to look for help (I've also tried the phone number on the business card but with no luck).

Air Conditioning didn't really work. Could only turn it down to 20°C and it didn't cool down the room at all. Had to open the windows at night and kept getting bug-bites. Would've been better if AC worked or we at least got some water in the fridge. Bugscreens on the window wouldve been okay too. Kept waking up at 4am due to the busy street outside, having to close the windows again so I could get at least a little bit of sleep in. Restaurant closed pretty early and no information on the page or app if there was someplace inside the hotel where you could get something to drink. Tapwater wasn't enjoyable. Bathroom was very nice, room was constantly clean and the TV was nice - sadly thought we could connect netflix or other streaming services since it said Smart-TV, but we only watched football or listened to some late night music. Staff was barely seen, except for cleaning-staff in the mornings.

Der Checkin musste an einem Computer durchgeführt werden, da um 17:00 Uhr kein Personal andere Rezeption anwesend war. Mein Zimmer war optisch etwas schöner als dies eines B&B Hotels ich würde es als zweckmäßig beschreiben. Das Bett war einfach aber halbwegs bequem.Leider war es trotz niedriger Außentemperaturen, sehr warm in dem Zimmer, und die Klimaanlage förderte nur warme Luft. Ein Öffnen des Fensters war leider nicht möglich, da das Hotel an einer Hauptstraße und nahe einer Bahntrasse liegt. Zudem war das Zimmer an einigen Stellen nicht wirklich sauber. Das Abendessen kann man so beschreiben: das Schnitzel war zu lange die Pommes zu kurz „gebraten“. Das Schnitzel könnte Convenience Ware gewesen sein. Das Frühstück war sehr spärlich die Auswahl gering. Ich würde es zudem als nicht sehr hochwertig beschreiben. Zudem fehlte die Beschriftung einzelner Produkte. Preislich gesehen, war das Hotel fair. Dennoch hätte ich mir mehr Qualität erhofft, da die Außenwirkung mehr verspricht, als innen geboten wird. Also kein Goldstandard. Ich werde zumindest bei meinen nächsten Besuch in Rosenheim ein anderes Hotel wählen.
