For rent in Roses, this beautiful modern and very bright apartment is ideal for enjoying peaceful holidays near the sea. With capacity for 4 people, it has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, a fully equipped American kitchen and a spacious living room with access to a fantastic 15 m² terrace from which you can enjoy magnificent sea views.



The apartment is equipped with television, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and also has private parking. Additionally, guests can enjoy a communal swimming pool, perfect for cooling off on summer days.



Located just 500 metres from Canyelles Cove, it is an ideal place to relax and contemplate beautiful sunrises and sunsets by the sea.



Bed linen and towels are not included.

Die Wohnung hat eine wunderbar, einzigartige Aussicht. Die Zimmer sind alle hübsch, es hat genügend Schränke, sowohl im Bad wie auch im WC und den Zimmern. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet. Was uns gestört hat sind die üblen Stühle beim Esstisch, die kaputten Moskitogitter und das die Wohnung ungenügend geputzt war.
