Immo Barneda Roses . This beautiful apartment overlooking the pool is located in Roses / Roses, Costa Brava, in the province of Gerona, Catalonia. Roses is located on the north coast of the Gulf of Roses, south of Cap Creus.
Inside
This cozy newly built two bedroom apartment is suitable for 4 people and has an area of ​​53 m². The rooms are nice and comfortable. One is equipped with a double bed, while the second is equipped with 2 beds 0.90. The cozy and modern living-dining room has a sofa, living room furniture, satellite TV and dining table with chairs. The open kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker. There is a bathroom with shower. In addition, the accommodation is equipped with the following facilities: elevator, garden furniture, terrace, iron, heating pump, air conditioning, communal swimming pool, covered parking in the same building.

The accommodation is located in a residential area within an urbanization, 2 km from the city, 20 km from the train station, 800 mtrs from the sandy beach, 700 m from the supermarket, 3 km from the station bus, 60 k Girona airport. Roses is an important tourist center with modern hotels, beautiful beaches, two ports (fishing and sports). The coast of Roses includes a long sandy beach and further to the east a large number of coves, among which Canyelles Petites, L'Almadrava, Cap Norfeu, Punta Falconera, Jóncols and Montjoi. Some of its beaches have been awarded with the Blue Flag, a symbol of the quality of their environment.

Environment
Roses is a town with a Mediterranean essence and a marked tourist and marine tradition. Located in a unique natural environment, north of the Costa Brava, it is less than 30 km from the French border, 65 km from Girona and 160 km from Barcelona. The great tourist center, with urbanizations, hotels, beaches and two ports (fishing and sports) is an attractive place of great importance in the northern sector of the Costa Brava. The coast of the municipality of Rosas includes a long sandy beach. Roses is an active city throughout the year. Its offer of activities and attractions is very suggestive for all types of travelers. Driving a kart, enjoying a day at the water park, playing minigolf, sailing on board the boats that make trips to the Cape of Creus and Cadaques or taking a ride on the tourist train are just some of the possibilities that Roses proposes for spend leisure hours.

Appartement super avec tout ce qu'il faut piscine ascenseur parking etc. Un poil éloigné de la mer (une bonne 20 aine de minutes à pieds) mais ca se fait, attention au parking très serré pour grande voiture! Agence immobilière facile à contacter, récupération / retour des clés pratique
