- Mooi degelijke villa met uitzicht over de baai - Heerlijk zwembad met inlooptrap en douche erbij - Goede bedden (in slaapkamers) - Groot overdekt terras - Alle ramen en deuren zijn voorzien van horren - Veel tuin - Beetje gedateerde keuken, (geen magnetron, oven is oud)
