Charming apartment for 4 people located in the Mas Oliva development in Roses, surrounded by mountains and nature. The apartment, decorated in a cozy and functional style, is perfect for couples or families who want to enjoy a comfortable stay in a natural environment.

The accommodation has access to a large garden, where you can relax outdoors or enjoy activities in the sun. It also has a swimming pool, perfect for cooling off and enjoying days of rest in a safe environment surrounded by nature.

Located 1.9 km from the center of Roses, it offers an ideal combination of tranquility and proximity to urban life. The Mas Oliva development is surrounded by mountainous landscapes and natural trails, ideal for those who enjoy walks, hiking trails and contact with the natural environment of the Costa Brava.



The pool will remain open from June 24 to September 11.
We would like to inform you of some important details to make your stay as comfortable as possible



COMMUNICATION BY WS: It is essential to have ws, as it is our main means of contact. Through this application we will send you the link to complete the online check-in.



ONLINE CHECK-IN: This process is quick and easy. It consists of: Filling in the details of all the occupants, paying the remaining balance (pets, tourist tax, etc.) and signing the digital contract.



By checking in online, you authorize our agency to charge the amount as a deposit by credit card in the event of misuse of the accommodation. This charge will always be made on the invoice for the damages caused.



ADDITIONAL COSTS: Tourist tax: €0.66 per person per night. Animals: €25 per animal for the entire stay.
