Spectacular views

Enjoyed our stay in Roses. The view from the apartment is incredible, better than advertised. Everything you need is a 5 minute walk down the hill, beachfront bars, restaurants and a well stocked market. The beach trails are beautiful too. The unit itself was comfortable and well equipped. Annie the owner was quick to respond to any questions. We will definitely go back.

The property is spacious and very well appointed. Exactly like the photos. We really had 3 terraces from which to enjoy the beautiful view of the Mediterranean. The property is spacious, clean and very well appointed. The owner and the manager were very attentive and welcoming. We hope to be back

Perfect Roses House with Great Hosts!

Exceptional lodgings for exploring Roses/Canyelles and the Costa Brava. The views over the Bay of Roses and Emporda region are stunning. The house has three exquisite decks for enjoying the views, sunbathing, and al fresco dining. A short walk down the hill will take you to the turquoise waters of Petits and Grand Canyelles beaches, a neighborhood grocery store, and restaurants. The Roses Megalithic Park, Cap de Creus and Aiguamolls National Parks, and Dali Triangle are within a convenient drive. The house and location were ideal for us, and the hosts were welcoming and responsive. Thank you, Annie and Mireia, for your hospitality!

Absolutely fantastic location, gorgeous views

1. Initial mess with check in was related to the fact I never got an email supposedly sent to me 2 weeks earlier, than the person responsible for delivery ofbthe keys did not speak any English, on top of that she insisted that one gate was open, when actually was locked...finally someone from the street helped us. What a mess. But that was the only one mishap. The rest was absolutly stunning. All terraces with gorgeous views, the villa was well equipped. We enjoyed the time very much. We would like to return in the future maybe with better Spanish translator.

Un accueil chaleureux et ponctuel par Mireia,Une maison conforme en tous points à la description.Une propriétaire à l'écoute et trÚs réactive.Et, cerise sur le gùteau, un vrai et trÚs complet équipement de cuisine, pour nous rien n'a manqué . Accueil trÚs rapide, défauts signalés à la personne, une télévision qui n'a jamais fonctionné car carte TNTSAT périmée depuis 2 mois, heureusement qu'il a fait beau! Pas d'indications d'urgences, que faire en cas d'incendie.... l'accÚs par escalier n'est pas confortable du tout et surtout pas indiqué dans la description qui nous a semblé peu représentative et faussée, une belle vue, certe mais le reste... et que dire de la literie, trÚs inconfortable, bref, trÚs décus, et surtout par le manque d'empathie de la propriétaire!

Top Unterkunft mit bestem Blick auf die Bucht

Das ist ein top und vollstĂ€ndig ausgestattetes Haus mit bestem Blick aufs Meer. Ideal fĂŒr 2 bis drei Personen oder ein Paar mit bis zu zwei Kindern. Die KĂŒche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, das Bad zwar nicht sonderlich groß, aber absolut ausreichend und sehr schön gemacht. Insgesamt gibt es drei sensationell schöne Balkone, wovon einer ĂŒberdacht ist. Parkplatz ist direkt beim Haus. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin ist unkompliziert und angenehm. Meine Frau und ich haben uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Vue magnifique

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, trÚs bon accueil de Mireia. Vue incroyable, plus belle encore que sur les photos, sur Playa Canyelles Petites. Un vrai plaisir que de prendre ses repas à l'ombre face à la mer et aux magnifiques pins, sans vis à vis. Vous trouverez tout ce qu'il faut dans la maison, climatisation dans toutes les piÚces, parking ombragé. Quartier trÚs calme. Possibilité de faire de belles balades à pied le long du ronda camina, pour les amateurs de marche, Roses centre à 45 minutes à pied sans forcer. Superette bien pratique à Playa Canyelles et supermarchés faciles d'accÚs en voiture entre 10 et 15 minutes. Maison trÚs bien placée par ailleurs pour accéder à Figueres, Sant Pere de Rodes, Empuriabrava, la plage de la Rubina etc. Playa Canyelles Petites est une trÚs belle destination et la maison a certainement une des plus belles vues du quartier.

Une maison avec une vue Ă©poustouflante, nĂ©anmoins pas trĂšs pratique pour se garer. La semaine oĂč nous Ă©tions lĂ  bas il faisait trĂšs chaud, malheureusement beaucoup de coupure de courant Ă  cause de la chaleur (surconsommation dans la ville). Sinon maison bien Ă©quipĂ©e avec tout ce dont nous avons besoin. Un bon sĂ©jour.

Emplacement idĂ©al pour les amateurs de vue sur la mer, depuis les diffĂ©rentes terrasses ensoleillĂ©es et le salon ! Le chemin pour descendre Ă  la plage est direct et bien amĂ©nagĂ© (marches). Fantastique

Une vue Ă©poustouflante, qui reste magnifique quelque soit la mĂ©tĂ©o, avec deux grands pins qui y ajoutent du charme (en plus d'une ombre apprĂ©ciable). Des endroits variĂ©s pour s'installer en extĂ©rieur sans se gĂȘner. La zone est calme, en impasse, avec pas mal de verdure, sans restaurant ou bar bruyant Ă  proximitĂ©, et des escaliers mĂšnent rapidement Ă  la plage en contrebas. La maison est claire, propre, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e et astucieusement agencĂ©e. Les places de parking sont apprĂ©ciables. Elles ne sont certes pas immenses, comme dans toutes les rĂ©sidences de Rosas, mais j'ai pu garer mon Berlingo sur les deux emplacements sans souci (et pourtant il est vraiment gros, et braque mal). Quant aux critiques Ă©mises par une personne sur la salle de bain, nous ne les avons absolument pas comprises, car cette piĂšce est trĂšs bien. Il y a effectivement un escalier pour accĂ©der Ă  la maison, mais avec une vue comme celle-lĂ , on ne peut pas s'attendre Ă  un endroit parfaitement plat. Il nous reste beaucoup de choses Ă  dĂ©couvrir dans la rĂ©gion, donc nous reviendrons, c'est certain !

Repos complet dans un bel environnement

Nous avons passĂ© 10 jours fantastiques Ă  Canyelles Petite. L'appartement est spacieux, il y a 3 terrasses Ă  disposition, avec une vue imprenable sur la baie. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour faire la cuisine, y compris les ingrĂ©dients de base. La rĂ©gion vaut la peine d'ĂȘtre explorĂ©e, elle est belle et sauvage. Octobre est le mois idĂ©al car on peut encore se baigner dans la mer et il n'y a pas trop se touristes.

Der Ort mit dem Strand ist malerisch und auch im Vergleich mit anderen Orten der Umgebung ein absolutes Highlight. Die vorhandene Infrastruktur mit Restaurants, Supermarkt, BĂ€ckerei usw. ist fĂŒr die Grösse des Ortes bemerkenswert gut. Das nahegelegene Zentrum von Roses bietet bei Bedarf noch mehr. Das Haus selbst befindet sich in idealer Lage innerhalb der Bucht, oberhalb des Strandes, so dass eine spektakulĂ€re Aussicht und die fusslĂ€ufige Erreichbarkeit des Strandes und der Infrastruktur ermöglicht werden. Das Haus ist nicht mehr neu und es gibt daher die ein oder andere Stelle mit Erneuerungspotential. Es wird aber offensichtlich ohne grösseren RĂŒckstau instandgehalten. FĂŒr uns bekommt das Haus so einen eigenen Charakter und wirkt viel gemĂŒtlicher als ein steriler Neubau. Der Schnitt des Hauses ist sehr durchdacht, so dass es auch drinnen nie irgendwie zu beengt wurde. Dazu kommen die grossen TerrassenflĂ€chen auf mehreren Ebenen im Aussenbereich. Die Ausstattung ist ausserordentlich gut; wir haben wirklich nichts vermisst. Insbesondere die KĂŒche ist hervorragend bestĂŒckt. Die Betten sind prima. Keine RĂŒckenschmerzen trotz Vorbelastung. Noch 2 Anmerkungen aufgrund von vorhergehenden Rezensionen, die mich etwas verunsichert haben: Es ist eng aber das Einparken ist problemlos möglich (unsere FahrzeuglĂ€nge 4.86m). Der Weg zum Strand und zurĂŒck ist zu Fuss kein Problem. NatĂŒrlich geht es etwas hoch. Das ist der Preis fĂŒr die unglaubliche Aussicht

Vue splendide et apaisante

Vue magnifique sur la mer, largement ouverte sur l'horizon, depuis toutes les piĂšces (mĂȘme Ă  l'arriĂšre) par le jeu des ouvertures et des miroirs. Surtout, il faut conserver les pins, sentinelles protectrices et qui donnent vie au paysage Maison confortable, bien Ă©quipĂ©e et qui devient attachante au fil des jours. Super locatie voor rustige vakantie

In Ă©Ă©n woord samengevat: Perfect! De communicatie vooraf met de eigenaar Annie, de ontvangst ter plaatse door Mireia,. De villa was compleet, alles en nog meer was aanwezig wat nodig was. Zeer rustig gelegen en met de vele terrassen steeds de gepaste zitplaats. Terugweg van het dorp is wel een flinke klim maar dat is vooraf duidelijk geweten maar zeker doenbaar. Enig minpuntje is het redelijk klein bed als je iets groter bent.
