Beautiful property. Incredible views from the kitchen, bedroom or deck. A wonderfulplace to relax and unwind. The BnB was spotless, and had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. Breakfast cereals, bread and jams were yum. The local hotel served great meals. We highly recommend this property and hope to be back one day.

Ou look BnB was simply superb ! The space and layout is beautiful in its design and and features. The location and views overlooking the Tamar River were brilliant and the ample deck and kitchen provided a a perfect snapshot of what Tasmania offers. Up there with the very best accommodation we have encountered.

It was an absolute amazing Stay the owners was much welcomed information about the local area helped lots in making choices as to what we were going to do. We were only there for a few days but it was luxury. The From the balcony is just stunning watching the sunset in sunrise from the house. Will definitely be back again for another visit.

Located in the Tamar River Winery Heartland you will not find a better-appointed Air Bed and Breakfast anywhere else. This fully self-contained separate unit has everything you will need for your short or extended stay. It is perfectly located in the heart of wine country and the region has much to explore to satisfy your taste buds. The owners are very helpful and have provided many extras to make your stay enjoyable and hassle free.

We would rate Outlook + with 6 stars if we could! The entire space is Impeccably clean and extremely comfortable. We loved the quiet location with the serene outlook over the Tamar. The location is a picturesque 10 to 15 minute drive from Launceston CBD and was a great base The hosts provide privacy and lots of ‘little’ extras that made our even more enjoyable.

I stayed at the Ou+look for 5 nights across March/April. The property was very quiet and peaceful with a great view looking out onto the river. A great place to come back to after a day of exploring.

Love the view from kitchen and living room. Everything was neat and tidy! Only missing criteria for the perfect accommodation are the view of the lake from the bathtub and a stovetop/hot plate for cooking. Will definitely recommend to others and return again!
