“This was our second stay at this cottage. We have friends we visit in Sacramento. It is so peaceful! The lovely grounds and welcoming porch make it a perfect place to relax. The kitchen has everything, the sheets are great, wonderful views of the garden plus wild turkeys! Just lovely.”

“This house was amazing. Beautiful yard, amazing views, and located just far enough from town to have everything you need nearby and still feel a bit secluded. Bob had something cooking in the smoker which filled the yard with something delicious! Both he and Jean were a pleasure to meet and chat with a bit. All in all a great trip and awesome property!”

“We chose this property in large part for the location off the beaten path but within easy striking distance of the Folsom area. It provided exactly the peace and quiet we had hoped, and that made our down time and sleeping much better than somewhere busier. Arrival was smooth, and the property was clean, although no what I would call high level ‘industry standard’ clean. Given the length of our stay we also expected to clean as we went anyway. “Everything went well. It is a good location Near UC Davis Hospital In a quiet neighborhood. The directions sent to us were inaccurate and took us to a home that the occupant said we were at the wrong place. The directions need to be rewritten. When I texted the host for help in finding the property they did not reply. We had a good stay in Sacramento Area.”

“This apartment was so adorable. Super clean and the furniture is practically new. You feel like you’re staying in a show room is how serene it is. The host was amazing at communicating and answering any inquiries I had. Shopping centers are super close for anything needed. The entry to the apartment is easy and very private/convenient. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.”
