“Friendly staff poorly maintained facilities within the room… common areas were better maintained than the room rooms”

“We have never been so disgusted in a hotel. The hotel was filthy stained floors furniture and walls and a weird smell. The towels were messy and covered in black stains. The breakfast was a joke, a couple slices of white bread and a-pitcher or milk in a fridge. People smoking in non smoking spaces. The staff was rude about us checking in “late” 6:30pm on a Friday saying they didn’t have much availability for the room type we booked, when they said the earliest possible check in was 4 pm. Our……

“This facility appears to be a homeless shelter. Notices on door to "tenants". People pushing shopping carts, carrying grocery bags as if they live there. Dark and gloomy reception desk...scary!”
