「Really enjoyed our stay at The Louise. The staff there was very attentive and friendly during our 2-night stay there. They always had a smile and made it a truly comfortable experience. The restaurant Appellation had the most amazing and unobstructed view of the vineyards. We found it very relaxing to watch sunset every evening as we dined there. 」

「Look it’s a pretty basic room, very average, but it’s fine if you just want a bed to sleep in, clean and the rest of the hotel is great so it was a little disappointing the room didn’t match the property 」

「Kingsford at The Barossa was fabulous, modern amenities, upgraded and beautifully done Superior Suite, huge bathroom with separate toilet and walk in wardrobe. Loved the communal lounge and restaurant. Wonderful heated and salted pool just needed more shade. Each of the site’s personnel could not do enough for us. They were friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable of the region. Will go back for future special life celebrations. 」

「No communication from property re road closures, no signs for where to check in. Room was smalll as expected, but the bathroom had a horrible smell to it. Tiles were cracked and coming off wall. There was mould on the glass shower screen and along the bottom of the tiles. Room had no blockout blinds and the bed sagged in the middle. We left the 2nd night of our booking and paid for to stay elsewhere. Extremely disappointed and wouldnt recommended to others」

「Very nice and well maintained holiday park. Rooms were clean and fresh like a hotel. Spacious and had everything we needed. Would probably just recommend a pot upgrade and a couple more bowls but that’s being a bit more picky. Had 2 car spaces but our cars were too big to fit both of them in (SUV & Ute) but we spoke to management and they organised an alternative which was very helpful. Used the laundry and that was easy and cleaned my clothes well. Pool looked great and playground too but...
