“We enjoyed our stay. You have to pay and utilize the state park in order to launch the boat and you will have to take it out after each use, as you can't use the bay to access the cabin dock. My kids thought it was too weedy to swim so we also utilized the state park beach for that. Other than that we had a perfect time with great fishing. ”

“This was my first time using Vrbo and it was fairly easy to navigate through the process (without too much help from my daughter). Roy Lake Landing has a good floor plan for privacy of bedrooms. “This cabin is very homey and comfortable. We had ample space for our 2 families. Convenient location for traveling between Clear Lake and Britton. Shoreline is not swimmable this time of year due to weeds. Kids tried to fish off the dock but only caught weeds but still had fun. Plenty of parking space for 3 pickups and a boat trailer. Kitchen well equipped for everything you would need for cooking. Was nice to have a grill for burgers and brauts. Dawn was wonderful as far as communication……

“Our stay was wonderful. We were just down the road from the boat dock and we could drop our boat in the lake very easily. We fished most days and caught a range of different fish.
