Holiday home with swimming pool
Das 1990 erbaute und 2020 renovierte Ferienhaus ist eine Doppelhaushälfte und modern eingerichtet. Das Grundstück befindet sich am Ende einer Sackgasse, in einem Wohngebiet. Auch wegen des Ausblicks vom Grundstück auf das Panorama und der ruhigen und sonnigen Lage ist das Domizil beliebt. Zur alleinigen Nutzung stehen zur Verfügung: Liegewiese, Sonnenschirm, Gartendusche, Grillmöglichkeit, Gartenmöbel und Hof.

Island of Albarella. The holiday home is located on a 100 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, bordered by a hedce. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Swimming pool in the fenced garden Quiet location in a residential area Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property and in a parking lot in the village (distance 20 m). THE PRIVATE PARKING FOR THE TWO CARS IS 20 MT FROM THE ENTRANCE OF THE HOUSE
