“The room felt very old and outdated. The pictures shown online during the booking process looked modern and well-maintained, but the actual room was quite different from what was advertised. This was disappointing, as the photos created a completely different impression.
The breakfast was also below expectations. There were very limited options, and the overall quality was not great. For a hotel in this category, I expected a better variety and fresher choices.

“We stayed at hotel weisses kreus for 5 nights. It was a very pleasant accommodation experience. In addition to the rich breakfast, the owner was friendly and the staff was great. Another thing worth mentioning is that the cleanliness of the bedding, cups and plates was rare in my 30 years of travel. It is an excellent hotel and worth recommending. If I return to Innsbruck, weisses kreus is definitely the only choice.”
