I had made a few suggestions that I noticed on my first visit, and the host not only respectfully listened, but then demonstrated her desire to go above and beyond in order to please her guests. “We loved our short stay in Roswell in this charming little house located in a quaint neighborhood a short distance away from Main St. The house was beautifully decorated and there were a lot of nice touches throughout the home. We traveled with our small dog and he felt right at home. Holly even provided a crate with a bed, a bowl and other dog-related items. The backyard was nice and fenced in so that we could let our dog out free to explore. Communication with our host was good and Holly……

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beatriz' cozy condo. The condo is as listed and pictured, with plenty of room in the two bedrooms; both bathrooms were quite large. Beatriz was attentive, easy to work with, and available by text or phone if needed. There was no need to contact her since everything was in place and prepared for our visit. A nice touch were the snacks on the counter and beverages in the refrigerator. We would recommend the cozy condo for your visit and would stay again. Thank……

“This house is a few blocks away from Main Street, Roswell. The location makes it easy to check out Roswell's unique character, giving easy access to interesting shops and restaurants in downtown. The downside of being centrally located is the house is close to two major streets, and there is some car/motorcycle noise in the day and early evening, but it was surprisingly quiet after hours, even on weekend nights. The house is an old one, with quirks that an old house can have, and a few minor……

“The area is true to New Mexico. Flat and sort of boring. We did, however, enjoy our stay. A short drive to Roswell, which is a small but fun town. I do have to give a friendly warning. There are 4 dogs that run the show on the property. 2 are what I believe are Mexican hairless dogs. and 2 are aging labs. Very sweet dogs who are the welcoming committee.
