Muy buenas situación

El apartamento está muy bien situado, con servicios muy cercanos. En menaje el mejor de todos en los que hemos estado que han sido unidos cuantos, toallas, sabanas.... de sobra. ESTANCIA INMEJORABLE.

Hemos pasado 15 días geniales. Tanto su propietaria, como la persona que lo gestiona, Juani, son personas muy amables, que hacen todo lo posible para que tu estancia sea agradable. La casa es mejor de lo que parece en las fotografías, muy limpia, y próxima a la playa, un paseo bastante agradable de 10 o 15 minutos. Si podemos, repetiremos.

No conociamos Costa ballena y nos ha encantado. ideal para niños. esta urbanizacion en concreto perfecta. Cerca de la playa, muy amplia, jardin enorme, tranuila , silenciosa. y el apartamenteo con muy buena orientacion y vista a jaardin y piscina..todo ideal!

Tranquilidad y relajacion total

Ha sido una buena experiencia lo del apartamento, porque yo siempre que he ido por esta zona he ido a Hoteles. Es un sitio tranquilo una zona muy bonita,la gastronomia de la parte de Cádiz, Rota,Sanlucar de Barrameda es escelente. Sobre la comida voy añadir que las personas que sean CELIACAS hay muchos restaurantes en los que pueden comer,lo digo porque mi hija es celiaca,en Sanlucar de Barrameda aconsejo este Restaurante El Bodegon de Lola todo SIN GLUTEN el pescadito buenísimo,la atencion excelente. Al proximo año repito S.D.Q.

Vacaciones en familia

Estuvimos una semana y pagamos por una plaza de garaje que no disfrutamos y tuvimos que dejar el coche en la calle con el calor que hacia. Por el dinero que cobra podia poner colchones mas comodos y camas menos ruidosas....en general le hace falta un mantenimiento.

Lugar bien ubicado. Fuimos para el GP de Jerez. De fácil acceso a todos los pueblos colindantes. Apartamento muy recomendable para visitar la zona. La persona encargada, Juani, muy amable y disponible por si teníamos algún problema.

Sehr gute Lage

Gepflegte Anlage, in kurzer Entfernung wunderschöner Strand. Im Februar sehr ruhig. Supermarkt in der Nähe, Auto empfohlen. Gut erreichbar und sehenswert Cádiz, Jerez, Sanlúcar.

Lugar tranquilo y relajante

Un lujo. Salón comedor, dos habitaciones, dos baños con ducha, dos terrazas, párking interior y exterior, calefacción, aire acondicionado, piscina comunitaria... Hay de todo. La zona es tranquila y hay un supermercado grande a 2 minutos en coche. Ha sido una experiencia muy positiva.

La sartenes y algunas cacerolas estaban en muy mal estado. Lo reclamé y no tuve respuesta. Tuvimos que fregar las sartenes y cacerolas que hemos usado. A parte hsbiay hay un avispero en la azotea que nos hN picado varias veces. Pero es naturaleza pura.

Hemos pasado una estancia genial, apartamento con todo todo lo necesario y con una bonita decoración, cómodo y práctico, muy tranquila la urbanización y muy bien situada. Dueña muy amable y Juani encargada atenta a todo. Nos habríamos quedado otros 15 días!!

Excellent - but ...

The surrounding of the “Dreamlike apartment”, Bahia Golf and whole Costa Ballena, are well taken of, clean and cozy providing many kind of sport and other outdoor activities, also for those travelling with a dog. Costa Ballena Golf course, next to the property, is also very fine. All that are well worth maksimum points. “Dreamlike apartment” was roomy and beautifully furnished. It was well equipped, to be sure, mainly in terms of quantity. Eq some cookery and electrical equipments need to be upkeeping or upgrading. We enjoyed our stay in Costa Ballena and we agreed the time and payment of prolonging our lease agreement with our landlady. After that she was supposed to send us the bank account number where to pay the fee duly. Yet after that she send us a message asking us to pay the coming lease in cash to a third person. In our mind for safety reasons payments like that should be paid in a common way through a bank. It is only fair for everybody and also HomeAway recommends that. Our landlady did not accept that and broke our deal and told that she suddenly has other tenants. This incident took time couple of weeks. At the same time the apartment was free for renting at HomeAway. So the way our landlady acted in this case gave us most inconvenient experience. For that we can not give any credits. And so our total credits to that “Dreamlike apartment” is three stars. Our stay lasted about 2,5 months.

Ruhe und Entspannung in angenehmer Atmosphäre

Die Wohnung besteht aus drei Zimmern, zwei Bädern, Küche und Nebenraum. über den Balkon ist die zusätzliche Dachterrasse zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist in einem Ensemble mit vier Wohnhäusern in einer geschlossenen Anlage. Die Anlage das Haus und die Wohnung sind gepflegt, Handwerker und Gärtner stehen täglich zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist für vier Personen bestens geeignet. Zur Not können auch eine Fünfte und ggf. Kind untergebracht werden. Der Strand ist etwa 1000 m entfernt, der große 27 Loch-Golfplatz auf der gegenüberliegenden Strassenseite. ich plane diese Wohnung für da nächste jahr wieder ein. ich habe hier tolle 14 Tage verbracht!

Schöne Anlage sehr vernachlässigte Wohnung

Das Appartment befindet sich in einer schönen und ruhigen Umgebung. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, was man dem Appartment nicht vorwerfen kann. Das Mobilar ist abgewohnt. Die Badezimmereinrichtung ist verrostet und beschädigt. Die Küchenutensilien sind schmutzig und schmierig. Die große Dachterrasse mit tollem Ausblick ist nicht nutzbar weil voll mit Vogelkot und nur geringfügigem und beschädigtem Mobilar. Ein Sonnenschirm steht nur noch in Fetzen zur Verfügung. Das versprochene WLAN entpuppte sich als Zusatzoption, die kostenpflichtig beim örtlichen Anbieter zu erwerben war. Die Übergabe der Wohnung erfolgte bei Ankunft weder durch die Eigentümer noch durch die Verwalterin, sondern durch eine unfreundliche Dame, die dafür ihre Arbeit unterbrechen musste. Unsere spätere Nachfrage per E-Mail, wo wir den Schlüssel bei Abreise abgeben können wurde bis heute nicht beantwortet. Alles in allem ist der Ort, der Strand und die Anlage sehr zu empfehlen, von der Wohnung würde ich unbedingt abraten. Wir mieten jedes Jahr Appartements und Ferienhäuser und haben keine besonderen Ansprüche. Aber so etwas ist uns zum Glück noch nie passiert.
