“Room was comfy and clean, breakfast was great. No complaints, will go back when needed.”

“Very disappointed with this hotel!!!! We booked two rooms with two queen beds, but when we arrived, the front desk told us they only had one room with two queen beds. They said Expedia sold a room type that the hotel did not have available. Our second room had only one queen bed. The second room also had a bad smell, and the bathroom was dirty. When I reported it to the man at the front desk, he seemed annoyed and uncaring. His attitude made me feel like I should be grateful that we got……

“No morning breakfast was offered as part of the stay. Was not a fan of body wash, in lieu of a bar of soap. Bed was a bit lumpy as well. Everything else was fine.”

“Building was old, with dents in walls and needed major renovations. The room smelled of cheap cleaners. Toiletries were also cheap. Subpar for a Best Western brand. Breakfast was ok. The bigger issue is it appeared to harbor a lot of illegals.”

“Didn’t like nothing about it!!! Had to move rooms in middle of night cuz the children of the place kept slamming the outside doors open and closed!!! Moved room then my 2 yr old had found two different types of pills in her pull out bed!!! Had to keep asking for towels and other room services to be done!!!”

“They initially had us in a 2nd floor room, but we're able to switch to ground floor room as I can't do the stairs. In that regard they were very accommodating. The bedding and towels were very clean, but the floor was filthy and the soap/shampoo/conditioner containers empty. I notified the front desk who said they would tell housekeeping. No problem as they were not expecting to put us in that room. But after 4 days...floor still filthy, no soap, shampoo or conditioner. Also weird that……

“The hotel itself was ok. There are definitely signs of age, such as some stains on a lampshade and some imperfections on the bathroom ceiling. Our room had a musty smell. The beds are very hard and uncomfortable. But for a 1 night stay, it was livable. We had a very loud family as neighbors. The walls are paper thin and the doors are extremely loud. Can’t control, this and it’s not the hotel’s fault. My husband got two items out of the snack vending machines, a snack bar and a can of soda,……
