“Very nice”

“Building is old and needs to be remodeled. No elevator to the second floor and no electrical plug on one side of the bed for my cpap. That was a big problem. TV remote worked only part of the time. Bed and pillows were good as was the shower, but was really old looking.”

“The pool was too cold to use still. The rooms could have been much cleaner. Use of bleach around the bathroom floors, tub and sink would help. The carpets would benefit greatly from shampooing. ”

“I stay at the suites (Luxury Condo), which is very comfortable and have more space for us to spend, just like at home, everything seems very good. Good service, only one thing that we are not that happy is the suites building is a bit far away from the main building. And the swimming pool, food court, spa….etc are all in the main building, we need to take the golf cart to the main building, which is a little bit inconvenient for us. Other than that, everything is okay for us. I would……

“The property was very clean and the staff were very nice and welcoming. Check in was easy and the property is pet friendly. The room was cool and the views were great! Definitely will be going back! ”

“For the price, it should have been clean. There was dust and dirt on furniture and areas that looked like they were simply never cleaned. I would not recommend or ever stay again. ”

“The room was clean and had everything we needed. My husband said his side of the bed sagged toward the side and was not comfortable, but my side was fine. There were only 2 pillows on the bed, and we were glad we had one of our own from the car to use. The pool was very nice and the staff was great. The dog area was pretty small, but the rest of the grounds were nice.”

I contacted Expedia on 3/17 to cancel the booking because I no longer needed the room and was connected to Patrick G, an Expedia customer service representative. “All in all, was an acceptable experience. One of my hand towels had old makeup stains on it, so I left it on the floor expecting a clean one to replace it. The new towel put on the rack had stains too, so I don't know if it was not replaced or if they have lots of stained hand towels in circulation!”

“This was a great location and even though it is right next to a highway I did not hear any highway traffic. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and the breakfast fit our needs.”
