One large living room with pull out sofa, and one extra large gorgeous SUN ROOM overlooking the golf course.
The sparkling pool is private and heated. During Winter season pool heating will be billed separately.
This home is located directly on the Hills Golf Course in Rotonda, with the club house 2 blocks away. Golf Fees are minimal, anyone can play, no membership needed! The club house also offers breakfast and dinners, open to the public. You can check their menu out online.
