住宿简介

Comfortable character home near Rotorua lakefront, fast Wifi.

  • Our home is located close to the Waiteti Stream and the Ngongotaha lakefront park. Access to Lake Rotorua is an easy 2 minute stroll around the corner. Our home was originally built in the 1930's and we have enjoyed refurbishing it during the time that we have been the owners, all the while being careful to maintain its charm. It features 3 bedrooms, 1 large modern bathroom as well as 2 lounge areas and a modern kitchen. Each lounge areas has separate heating with one of these being a log fireplace. The property is completely fenced with lawn at the front and rear of the house for kids to enjoy. The house also has a lock-up garage.

The house had a charm about it. It was one street back from the lake with easy access to lake and many tourist activities. Kitchen was very well equiped, off street parking and plenty of space. We very much enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful time. The house is spacious, clean and very cute. The layout is a little unconventional but that is part of its charm. Gert (the host) was very responsive, helpful, and generous. My son had an important Skype meeting on the day of our departure that ran till 1pm and Gert was very generous to let us stay till the end of the meeting (checkout time is 10am) without charging us extra!
