We loved staying in Rita’s cottage! The cottage was adorable and the location was perfect! Everything we needed was there including towels, shampoo and even cooking spray! The hosts also left some amazing welcome gifts! The honey and homemade jam were so good! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Very comfortable delightful cottage in Rotorua , very clean , beautiful setting and close to everything we did in Rotorua. My only regret is not having enough time to go fishing. I would definitely stay at Rita’s Cottage again:)

We loved staying here for 9nights, it was both close and far enough from Rotorua. A very well maintained, neat and tidy place with a real country feel.The host were so lovely to share their produce and trust their visitors to take care of their place. To call it a cottage would be an understatement, the place is very spacious and is basically a holiday house with everything you would need. Great range of amenities. Especially lucky to receive some welcome gifts from the hosts. Would recommend anyone to stay and will definitely visit again in the future!

Rita’s cottage far exceeded expectations. Peaceful, spotless, well furnished with all the comforts of home. Set well back from the main road in a gated cluster of homes, it was the perfect location for seeing all the sights that the Rotorua has to offer. Beatrice is lovely to deal with, always prompt in responding. She was on site to welcome us with lovely gifts of homemade jelly, honey, soap, chocolates. We would 100% stay at Rita’s cottage again!

This is a very clean property much better overall than what is shown in the photos. Located 5 min from the Rotorua city centre in a quiet street. Lots of fruit trees on the property grounds and heaps of toys for the kida.

Had a wonderful romantic stay with my partner here, for four nights. Inside of the cottage was warm and comfortable, with unexpected treats as well as anticipated amenities. Spa bath was a treat, and whole place was lovely and warm. Really made the most of our stay, and would love to stay here again in future!

The 2 bedroom bach was perfect for me, my wife and a 2yo. We were greeted by the host on arrival and found they had left some of their own eggs and honey as a welcome gift! Rita's cottage was just beautiful, so clean and tidy and had everything we needed and more. The location is perfect too, in a beautiful garden setting with the lake just down the road, loved the local cafe, bakery and fish and chip shop down the road too. Thank you so much for having us Beatrice and John and for our beautiful homemade gifts, we all really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again soon

This was the best place we have stayed on while on holiday. The house was so comfy and modern. The house was well equipped with everything. Beatrice goes above and beyond as far as having brochures, and a folder about the house and other services. I highly recommended this place. It is situated in a nice quiet area too.

We felt instantly at home in this lovely place. The place is modern, super super clean, and comfortable. It has a big kitchen and living room where we were able to do some work related computer work a bit. The host went out of her way to make our stay comfortable. She had milk and eggs in the house for our first breakfast. It's in a quiet neighborhood. If I return to Rotorua, I am definitely staying at her place again.
