    Enjoy the great views from this elevated position near the shores of Lake Okareka.
    The lake is only a 400m walk from the property where you can enjoy what the lake has to offer.
    For those wanting to head back into Rotorua it is only a 10 minute drive.
    The property has car parking for 5 cars and a boat.
    There is a lock up shed for 5 to 6 mountain bikes.
    The house is evaluated from the car park with 6o plus stairs

    The property has everything that you need to enjoy a weekend away (or a week). It has amazing views to enjoy a cuppa in the morning on the deck. Great base and close enough to Rotorua for groceries and activities and far enough away to have a tranquil spot to enjoy.

    The location was gorgeous. Great amenities and valuable folder of local information. Photos of all the kitchenware and where it should be put and numerous signage re not taking the books a bit sad. Why not have a shelf for 'book swaps' as well as 'do not take'

    Lovely comfortable home, very clean and has everything you need. Stunning views and a wonderful location that feels remote but is very close to Rotorua. We very much enjoyed our stay.

    A beautiful, well-appointed bach
    Fabulous 180-degree panoramic views - the photos just don't do it justice. 10 mins drive to Rotorua for restaurants / grocery shopping etc, so very convenient. The only thing you need to bring is a portable heater. We stayed in July and the weather was very cold, and the heat didn't travel to the two smaller rooms. There are also a lot of bach rules and instructions everywhere, so you need to be ok with that. That said, it was a very comfortable stay, hot tub under the trees with a lake view was amazing, the two larger beds are very comfortable, and heavy curtains made the rooms nice and dark. We slept so well! Thank you for sharing your beautiful bach with us :)
