The property was older and was only up to date in the kitchen and bathroom. The surrounding area was somewhat messy and hadn’t been cleaned in a while. There were no services provided aside of clean towels. The laundry area was very messy.

More of a fishing cabin than motel.

Check in was a nightmare no one there when I arrived so waited about 10min. A guy walks past and told me someone was coming while the guy stood 20 mtrs away chatting to a mate about his car for another 10 min. Finally someone came out to help and was apologetic about him. So I assume this was a once off issue. Not somewhere I would ever stay again but it was the last available place at its price in town. Shower is very tight and everything is a little old and worn out. I had to call reception to get them to turn off a high pitched beeping sound outside the room which would keep you awake all night if I didn’t complain. On the plus side excellent room heating and electric blanket on the bed. Would be great if you were there for a fishing holiday with the boys as lake is right over the road.

The check in process was simple and easy and we were fortunate to be able to check in early at no extra cost. Great location on lakeside that obviously comes with good views. The room and its facilities are out of date but fit purpose. However, the shower is very tight. Overall, we enjoyed our stay as it provided us with what we needed for our over night visit.

lovely view of lake and nice and quiet location. motel is clean and we can see that there has been some work done on the facility, however it does need some updating. towels were changed which was great. overall a pleasant stay.

The room was not ready on arrival at 4pm. Had to wait for the room to get cleaned and serviced so late for a party. The bathroom area has been updated but still a bit shabby in the furniture. The position of the motel is great as right across from the lake.

Unit 8 has pleasing lake view from the breakfast table. Very small cooking element on table top stove, does not suit the size of the cooking frypan. would like to a current telephone directory available for use with our own phones.

Service and room lovely. Fully stocked kitchen with utensils. Weather hindered our trip but all sorts of water sport equipment available as well as laundry. In right weather this place would have been amazing. Beds comfy and shower hot.

The view of the lake was beautiful. Staff was friendly, inviting and gave great advice for newcomers to the area. Unit had everything we needed for our stay. Shower was too strong and needs adjustment

Lovely setting right opposite the lake. Very attentive owner. Clean room and comfy bed. We booked here because it is pet friendly but it is worth bearing in mind that you aren’t allowed to leave your pet in the room unattended at any time so it didn’t work out as pet friendly as we expected. Also we were charged an extra $20 per night for the dog which was never mentioned at booking.
