Well appointed property with everything you need. Next to a golf course so very quiet. We had a great stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfortable accommodation in the heart of Rotorua.

Best vacation home ever for large group. We had a group of 10, including three children. House is modern, spacious, and well equipped. The game room was particularly wonderful for the kids. It was well decorated and kept in an immaculate condition. Everything was as advertised. Irene was our contact and she was the most responsive agent I have ever worked with. Always responded right away with helpful information. High recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The bedrooms and bedding were very clean, and the place was well maintained. There were plenty of activities and entertainment for both kids and adults, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a great time and would love to come back.

Nothing like the pictures. Avoid at all costs!

The place looks nothing like the pictures and is in severe need of renovation. The floors were sticky, there was damp throughout the property and just generally worn down. There was also some alarming safety issues such as masking tape being used to cover an exposed wire next to the bedside. I would avoid at all costs.

The house is actually older than it looks on the photos. It was quite damp when we arrived but it was a rainy day. The bedroom next to the entertainment area was really dark and damp so we didn't ended up using that room at all. Several things not working while we were staying there, the rangehood light, living room heat pump, also the pool cue was broken, the football table legs were wobbly so I wouldn't say it is safe to have young children in that area of the house. Also, there was no blinds or curtains at the window facing the street. It felt lack of privacy and a little unsafe at night time. I do enjoy the cleaniess of the beddings and sheets.
