We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Easy to follow instructions for access/parking. Accommodation was clean and in a good location.

The view from the room was amazing if one overlooked the rooves and bins. The bath plug was disgusting and the shower over the bath didn't work. There was what looked like menstrual blood on the wall behind the bin in the bathroom. This bit was gross. The public areas were faultless and the restaurant ...

The staff were amazing. James was great help with our bags etc, and Cole at the lounge bar was a sweetheart. All the staff was super friendly.
