“This place is phenomenal. Location is breathtaking with Mountain View’s. A short bus ride to a nearby city if you want to explore. The property has a heated indoor and outdoor pool saunas and steam rooms for relaxation. The staff helped us with everything we needed and the breakfast was outstanding. “The suite requires more attention from the staff. The place was not cleaned well, there was hair in the shower cabinet, the countertop was stained, the floor was not properly cleaned. The bathroom was not stocked well with soap, we have to change the soap dispenser by ourselves and there was not enough soap to change the second one. The breakfast was poor quality. For the price asked for this accommodation, the overall experience and service quality should be much better, very disappointing. ”

“We spent a lovely Christmas here, they made it very special for us. The hotel is clean and staff is amazing. Ski bus is great but i8t is helpful to have your own vehicle if you do not wish to use a taxi service. The taxi was readliy avaiable and affordable ride to and from the villiage or Gondola. Highly recommend staying here it has a gorgeous view and property grounds to explore s well. ”
