“Self-check but the staff are very laid-back :)
Many times there is no one at the lobby to serve.
Coffee machine is shut down in the lobby. Sparkling water is just normal still water.
There was a staff being busy with another couple checking in ( while I got no assist at all when I check in ). I request to get my luggage and he asked me to sit down first. Waited 10 mins and turned out he’s forgot my request and freely chatting with the senior manager. I stood closer and the manager gave him a……

I stayed 6 days this time. All the things were great, including room design, function IoT, friendly and helpful staffs etc. However, there are two things that I am not happy with, one is the breakfast everyday same no changes. The other things the room cleaness was not good enough. Maybe I stayed many days this time so they got relax on what I need. But the complete hotel I am satisfied.
