It was a nice hotel near the airport. We had a rest well. Easy to find. As ı came with car ı dont know how to reach the city with other types of transportation. Cheap hotel and parking. Thanks.

I had a great stay at Novotel Rotterdam Brainpark! While the building itself is a bit older, it seems like it's been renovated, giving it a fresh and modern feel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Overall, a pleasant experience—I would definitely stay here again!

Huge rooms with a view of the city skyline, comfortable beds, a rain shower which does not leak (in most other hotels the floor is wet after a shower), public transport nearby, safe area, free parking in the street in the weekend, quiet at night, definitively recommendable!

Good stay but could be better

The room was modern, spacious and clean. We loved the hard bed and pillows. One thing we didn't like was the occasional sewage smell that came from the toilet, it was quite strong at times so rather unpleasant.

Property was fine, but no drawers in the room. Only 9 or 10 hangers but nowhere to store other things. Had to live out of a suitcase for 5 days. Location was away from the downtown area. Spent a small fortune on taxis just going out for food options. Property has a price fixe menu for breakfast and dinner.

Good but a allergy nightmare

We stayed at Nivotel Brainpark for 20 days, so I believe we have a proper notion how is the experience here. Overall the hotel is good, the location is proper especially if you have any business with the university or the companies at Brainpark I. The metro stwtuon is a few minutes walk and same from tram lines. Buses are around the door. The hotel ia going through renovations so thins are a bit messy but not big deal. The front desk staff is quite cold and distant, interacting as few as possible with you. On the other end are the restaurant staff who are super friendly and attentive. The breakfast is the Best part of staying here. The rooms are spacious but the carpet everywhere at the hotel is a nightmare for anyone who has any kind of respiratory allergy. Even with the daily cleaning we had allergy crisis every single day. It was terrible. The bathroom is very good, a good shower, nice bathtub. Overall a good hotel but the carpet everywhere would make me book there again.

A lot to improve

Hotel looked nice and staff was friendly but we booked a room for 4 and when we arrived the sofa bed was closed and had dirty sheets inside from the previous guest. They also didn't provide towels for the 4 of us (only 2). It seems like they didn't bother at all looking at the booking for how many people it was and prepare the room for it. We had to request toilet paper because there was only one single roll already in use in the toilet! Next day housekeeping didn't took the trash away when cleaning the room what you would expect as a basic thing and it was a small bin so really annoying as was already full. They don't have many places to hang things, specially towels in the bathroom, we squeezed ours on the only place there was and housekeeping came and folded our used towels. I don't know if they meant to pretend to give us new towels but even if they didn't I didn't like they dealt with our used towels and folded it all together to put in a shelf.
