The location is fantastic, it’s around 10-15 minutes walk from the Rotterdam Central Station and just next to the shopping mall and restaurants around. The rooms and space are big but the utilities are terrible. The water is leaking from the shower cubicle and the only solution from the staff is using lots of towers to absorb the water on the floor. The water taps are very old and not easy to define which way to get hot water and which way for cold water.

酒店職員好nice, 接待處在2/F, 設有停車場，兩房一廳內有提供煮食爐、焗爐、洗衣機、乾衣機、又有一個大露台，只可惜得一個洗手間。設備都幾完善。

視野非常棒,但床底下很多髒東西沒有清乾淨,地點也很棒,生活機能比中央車站附近還要好,只是如果行李箱26吋以上的話,拖到中央車站會有點累,服務櫃臺在5樓,沒有電話可以通5F,必須下去溝通, 不大方便, 且櫃臺比較擁擠, 如果同時有多人 check in, 會很不舒服, 但大致上來說,因為房間設計得非常好,中島使用率很高,會回住

Toilet and bathroom are separated, they located at different corners of the room. This is my first time to live in a house like that. This strange arrangement makes me feel quite inconvenient, especially when I wake up then go into the bathroom, and I find there's no toilet inside.

地點很好 離景點很近 雖然有陽台但樓層低 沒有景觀可言 被升級到family suite 房間很大 房內有兩張雙人床 其中一張是梳化床 但非常軟趴 幸好我們不需要那張床 另外客廳的梳化有污漬 保養不太好

Great location
Located in center, walking distance to all the spot. Public transportation just 1 mins from the building. Great city view from the room, and fully kitchen facility, the room size is very big, bed is comfortable.

房間超大，很舒服！廚具餐具都有，可是沒微波爐！離市區走路可到！中央車站也走得到，推行李有點累
房間非常大，乾淨舒適，旁邊有工程，大概早上9點開始有施工聲，廚具餐具都有，但沒微波爐！有鹽，胡椒粉，自己買塊奶油可炒蘑菇豆芽菜等！我們只住2晚還可以，如再住可能要加錢請他們清潔了！走到中央車站稍遠但還可接受！去市區景點都走得到！
