Highly recommended

The landlord is very friendly. when I’m arriving, Someone comes in person to hand over the keys and demonstrate how to enter the room and parking. This is much better than not meeting the landlord for the entire vacation. You can get a lot of information firsthand. The room is very quiet, clean and tidy. The location is excellent. There is a supermarket next door, a bakery and coffee shop across the street, and the old market square in the old town is just a few minutes away. The most important thing is that there is free parking, which is very friendly to who drive to stay In Rouen, there are almost no free parking spaces in the old town just across the street. Next time if I’m go to Rouen again, it will be my only choice and I strongly recommend it.

Excellent séjour

Séjour très agréable dans un appartement qui correspond parfaitement aux photos. Le logement était très propre et bien équipé. Très jolie décoration. Très bon emplacement : à seulement 10 min à pieds de la gare, directement en centre ville et parking privé et sécurisé très pratique. L'équipe de la conciergerie l'Archiduchesse a été super ! Excellente conciergerie qui accompagne les voyageurs dans leur séjour.

L'appartement est très fonctionnel et très bien situé. il est proche du centre ville et de nombreux commerces et de restaurant. Le parking dans une cour privée est très utile et pratique. Le rapport qualité/prix est tout à fait correct.

Tres bel emplacement. Tout est fait pour passer un bon sejour .avec the cafe .. Nous avons pu mettre nos 2 VAE sous l’escalier a l’abri ,c’est top.. la machine a laver nous a bien ete utile . Lit confortable. Linge de lit ok . Savon ... L’entree n’est pas au 83 maiis juste une autre porte à droite . Et le lit bebe et chaise pas rangee et encombrante . Et l’appartement est chaud . Difficile de ventiler a cause des vis a vis . Société tres reactive .

Une excellente expérience sur Rouen

Nous avons été très satisfaits de notre nuit passée dans le logement. Tout était conforme à l'annonce : à deux pas du centre-ville, dans une rue calme, une belle surface, une jolie déco, de bons équipements et très propre. Seul petit bémol : nous n'avons pas reçu les informations en amont pour accéder au parking. Mais on nous a répondu tout de suite en nous transférant les instructions suite à notre appel. Nous recommandons !
