「The hotel is pretty good except reception staff. Of course it's a 5 star but some points I'd like to share with everyone. 1.Actually there is no Netflix as they write and reception staff doesn't know what is Netflix. 2. 「Clean and tidy」

「The hotel didn’t let me know how to park my car」

「Very clean and comfortable 」

「Room felt small and cramped. On the plus side, it was very clean and modern. Comfortable bed, great shower and hairdryer. Small lift for your luggage and breakfast area was also cramped but the food/drink options were good. We did not receive the wine bottle that we we were entitled too (VIP status)」
