鲁伊亚克的民宿

“I arrived at address provided at 15.58 other 7th August. Property looked closed down. I rang and messaged owner several times. All records available on my phone. No answer from owner. I am visiting France from Ireland. I had to find alternative accommodation 16km away. The owner then messages me 4.5 hours after asking me if I was coming. Disgraceful. I will be applying for a full refund as this is not acceptable. The alternative accommodation I found was brilliant and it should be people like……

“This beautiful guest house is so well situated in Cognac old town. Patricia was a charming host and made us feel so welcome in her elegant home. The chihuahuas also provided an enthusastic welcome which was lovely. We could not recommend this highly enough. A delight. ”

“Sadly the address on the website was wrong. We could not find the hostel. It took us hours to find it. Meanwhile was talking to the host not possible. It was rough trip. The room was fine in the end.”

“Les hotes sont accueillants et tres attentifs au confort des clients. L'intérieur est décoré avec simplicite et goût. Les petits dejeuners copieux et de bonne qualité . L'extérieur est propre et la piscine est un reel plus surtout par temps chaud . Nous avions envie de rester plus longtemps car nos discussions étaient enrichissantes avec Karine et Ronnie. ”
