「The host let us drop off our food early at the house. Upon entering, we saw how dirty the house was, and we did not even unpack anything. She assured us Housekkeping was coming because they were getting ready for our 4 o’clock check-in. I double checked that they would be cleaning the leaves/dirt out of the pool and outdoor tables and chairs that were covered in dust/dirt/food/bugs and cigarette butts all over patio and they said they were cleaning those.That night there was dirty sheets...
