"Room cleaning service had client's interest in mind, taking care of the hair, and close closet curtain where appropriate. Though the hotel ran out of toilet rolls... yep, only had a few squares of toilet rolls, and had to use facial tissues instead. Housekeeping later confirmed there is none left and offer another pack of facial tissues instead. Night shift reception staff member is somewhat cold / dull in response. (Nov 1 evening and Nov 3 evening / early morning.) However the morning receiption on (Nov 2) was wonderful (kudos to receiptionist on Nov 2) to help provide best advise when I missed my intended Shuttle service."

"The staff were very helpful and friendly; the room and bathroom were very clean; the bed was very comfortable; despite being close to the airport, the room was quiet; there was a generous breakfast buffet from 6.00 am; the room was furnished with light-coloured furniture, a comfortable bed and a seating area, which I really liked"
