「I usually am very low maintenance when it comes to accommodations, but I want to leave a review for future guests to be aware of - both good and bad. I had inadvertently booked a weekend in the winter which I was called in to work on short notice and was unable to cancel the reservation and Toni worked with me to transition my reservation to a different cabin for a different weekend in the fall at no additional charge, which was absolutely wonderful. However, the booking did not get updated, so...

「So much fun being in Steamboat during the summer. Lots to do for all ages and tons of places to eat! Highly recommend this lodge. It’s close to the village and very accessible to roads for getting out and about. No A/C but no surprise there. Just keep the fans on and windows open! It gets cool in the evenings.」
