“12 hours before our arrival time we receive an email from the Anna that after the 1st night we would have to checkout and change rooms. This was going to be a huge inconvenience to us. We had planned on skiing all day and had purchased groceries as well. We tried to explain this and Anna was unapologetic and did not care the inconvenience would cause us. Luckily for us we had a very kind gentlemen help us at check-in and worked with the owners management to arrange for us to stay in the same……

“This rental was a massive disappointment and hassle. Red flag, the listing photos are generic stock photos lifted from the Sheraton’s website – not the actual suite you reserve. Upon check-in, it seems the owner double-booked the suite, and our reservation was converted to a standard hotel room. I definitely rented and paid for a studio suite with kitchen and seating area. Not a hotel room. Fortunately, the Sheraton staff was amazing. Everyone at the front desk and bell stand were super friendly……

“Best parts of this vs other similar listings is how many people it can ACTUALLY fit and # of bathrooms. Most "8+ person capacity" ski area homes really only fit that many if you're including children you can force 4 of into a bunk room while sharing a bathroom. This home actually fits 8 adults very comfortably and has all the right amenities. Plus we ended up paying around 500/person for 7 people for 4 nights and you really can't beat that so close to Steamboat. Thanks Fergus!!”
