「12 hours before our arrival time we receive an email from the Anna that after the 1st night we would have to checkout and change rooms. This was going to be a huge inconvenience to us. We had planned on skiing all day and had purchased groceries as well. We tried to explain this and Anna was unapologetic and did not care the inconvenience would cause us.
