"We enjoyed our brief stay here. Everything was very clean--the shared bathroom was spotless! We had the twin bunk bedroom with the private small bathroom. We knew going in that it'd be small/cramped, so no objections there. Our only concerns with this room: 1) The shades (the type you draw down and up with a chain) were not completely opaque, so if you're trying to sleep in, the light in the morning could bother you. We got up before sunrise so it wasn't a concern to us. 2) The sink is TINY. Like airplane bathroom tiny. You'd have an easier time just using the shared bathroom for brushing your teeth, which again, was very nice and clean. 3) The room was so incredibly dark. There were only two can lights, and they barely gave off any light. We had so much trouble seeing in there. They definitely need to put higher wattage bulbs in. Overall, we'd stay again."

"The views are stunning, especially at the end of September with the trees changing! The home was great for our group of 8. The kitchen was adequately stocked and was very spacious for a crowd. It is in a gated community, so there is an extra level of privacy and quiet. The property was clean, but lacked some amenities. There were only 2 towels in a bathroom, no hair dryer, no extra toilet paper, and no blinds/shades in one of the east facing bedrooms. We were only there for 2 nights, so it wasn't a problem, but just noticed."

"Very nice and helpful host with great communication, and the property was really spectacular. The fall colors visible from the house were stunning, and we were very pleased with our stay as a whole. I really wish we could've had more time to spend out on the patio and will for sure consider staying here again. I would recommend it to anyone without hesitation!"

"One of the cleanest units we've ever stayed in. Everything was in good, working condition. The unit was comfortable and well- equipped. Communication with the host was easy, quick, and effective. The unit is very close to a main road, which makes it easy to get into town; however, it can be quite noisy if you keep the windows open in the summer months. We had no problems finding a parking space. We enjoyed the easy access to several trailheads in the area."

"Wonderful mountain retreat. Nine night stay in late August, and plenty of room for my wife and me and family that joined us for part of the trip. Great deck, wonderful view. Felt secluded on a cul de sac, though there were houses close on either side. Backs up to forest of aspens and evergreens. About 8 minutes from Silverthorne, and right next to Dillon, where there are numerous options for eating and shopping and walking. Comfortable beds, well equipped for cooking. After more than 20 vrbo rentals in Colorado, definitely in the top 5. Hosts were very responsive to requests/questions. Definitely a 5 star stay"
