"The suite was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The comfortable bed and nice pillows were great for a good night's sleep. The gentlemen who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. One elevator was out of service, so that could have bothersome for some guests."

"It was an amazing stay. I left feedback regarding a refresh in the room for the management. I really enjoyed everything the location, the amenities (fire pit, outdoor bbq grill and gas fireplace were our favorites), the comfort of the room, having a good sized fridge with a kitchenette. "

"The rooms are clean. I’ve been coming here for years. The location is great, but it is somewhat dated. The continental breakfast was surprisingly good. The pool is cloudy and reeks of chlorine, but it has been that way the last three times I have stayed here. I wouldn’t recommend using it or the hot tub. I still like this place and it is my go-to when in Durango. "
