“The interior was very nice and check in was easy”

“I rented the Carriage house for my two children and myself while my Sister and Brother rented the main house for their families. We were all on the same property, with plenty of room and gathering space. The Carriage House is updated, great AC, and wonderful studio apartment feel. Next time I am in town to visit family, I will look to see if the carriage house is available to stay at again!”

“We lucked out with being able to stay at this adorable little house. It was perfect for my husband and I and our 13 year old daughter. Came to GJ for our son’s graduation and the house is only a few blocks from the stadium. The house was clean, had air conditioning and a full kitchen. It is very tiny but it had a huge yard and we enjoyed sitting outside at the umbrella table and having coffee. Will definitely recommend to anyone traveling to GJ!”

“Property was close to everything we were looking for. Had lots of room and would of been great for more people if we would of had. It did take a little while to get a response back from them to see if we could check in early. But they were very accommodating and we were able to check in earlier, we also did have a little later check out. So that was nice and very helpful because we had a newborn with us and had to work with his schedule. Will be renting this property next time.”

“Easy check in, lock box was a little tricky. Very clean, well stocked with basic needs. Everything was easy to find and use. Beds were absolutely the comfiest! Only cons were, the 3rd bedroom is not a room, alcove off the living room without even a curtain for privacy. 3 adults for a conference made it a little weird. The back patio/deck area was filthy with leaves and debris and the chairs were so rotted we were afraid of falling thru. Would stay again, clean, comfortable, safe and great……

“This place worked well for our group of three adults and a dog. Lots of space for us to hang out. We were there for a bike ride in Palisade and it was a short drive to downtown Palisade and the wineries. The neighborhood itself wasn't especially great - no restaurants within pleasant walking distance and the traffic noise was noticeable - but we felt safe there. We couldn't get the TVs in the bedrooms to work but we didn't contact anyone with property management for help so maybe we were doing……

“The Carriage House is as described. Was a great place for my husband, mum, two pugs and I. We hosted two nights for dinner for our family we were visiting. It was a tight fit for the 10 of us but it was very cozy and fun. It had mostly everything we needed but when it didn’t, like a measure of cup, Andrew provided it. The fenced in yard was my favorite. We love in CA in a rural area where we can’t let our dogs out unattended. It was so nice to open the door and let them out. They loved the grass……

“We came to ride our sxs. The parking was ample for a truck and trailer. Bangs Canyon trailhead was conveniently located under 30 minutes away. We were only there for 2 nights but the place was comfortable and worked out just perfect for us.”
