The whole experience was exceptional. Beautiful facilities, staff were terrific and the glass igloo was perfection. Short walk to Santa’s village meant there were plenty of activities too. I loved everything about this place.

Clean room, fantastic dinner at restaurant and delicious breakfast. Only have limited control of the heat temperature in the igloos so the smaller second bedroom was too hot (kept the window open all night in Jan!)

Wonderful stay, but the restaurant was a major letdown. The accommodation, room, and reception staff were all perfect. I loved the sauna and the excellent hair dryer. A special thanks for melting the snow off the windows so I could see the clear sky—it was a beautiful touch! However, the restaurant staff were quite rude and unhelpful, which made me feel very uncomfortable. I was traveling alone and had a bit of a cold, and their cold attitude completely ruined my appetite. Despite many empty tables, I was seated right by the entrance, which felt unsettling. I highly recommend the hotel itself, but I suggest eating elsewhere. I wish I had eaten out; then I would have only had wonderful memories of this place.

Elizabeth was excellent helping us check in and we ended up upgrading to the jacuzzi. It was well worth it and a wonderful place I was lucky enough to enjoy the northern lights from. Food menu was limited but lovely and reasonable prices including the bar.

The bidet was found leaking cause the floors get wet when we start using the sink. Staff is great as it came and fix it in a quick time. The shower room is not warm as the vantilating fan air keep blowing the cool air. Please improve on the shower room to keep warm.

The staff were VERY accommodating, welcoming and stellar in every way! Can’t say enough good things. The igloo was exactly as advertised and very cozy and nice. The Arctic Eye restaurant for dinner was excellent and very top notch, must try the elk tenderloin! The breakfast was perfect and very large and delicious. This is our Go To place for visiting Rovaniemi, definitely worth the trip!

Wonderful experience

Very clean room and bathroom. Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. They even delivered my bag to my room since my arm was injured. Made me feel like a very valued guest
