perfect house for relaxing holiday

The house has everything you need for vacation. Clean and in good condition (modern renovated older house). The frindley owners live next door and take care for the pool and the yard. In cases of questions we got help, but most of the time we did not see them - like at an alone standing house. only some minutes to drive to Rovinj, to shopping center and several restaurants.

A lovely house with a warm welcome

Dorijana and Franco were very kind and happy to help with any queries we had. The pool was great - always clean and our kids loved it. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We also loved being able to play with Franco's super dog. A lovely place to stay.

Perfect house and a perfect location!

The house is amazing! Enough space for 4 people. Very clean and the fourniture and all so the bathrooms are great. The privat pool is an absolutely highlight! It is very closed to Rovinj downtown. Dorijana and Franco are super friendly. We can highly recommend this wonderful place!

Relaxed holiday in lovely surroundings

We stayed in Dorijana and Franco's beautiful house with 4 adults for two weeks. Dorijana and Franco are lovely hosts whom are always there for you without ever being intrusive. The house and grounds are lovely and very well kept. Franco has the grounds and pool tidied and cleaned every morning before you wake up, he even cleaned the bbq after we had used it. Previous reviews mentioned that there could be more cutlery and glasses in the kitchen, we didn’t have any problems, we just put the dishwasher on a bit more frequently. Rovinj is a beautiful town and if you have a car there are lots of lovely places to visit in the surrounding area. There are more than enough nice restaurants a very short drive away. I would certainly recommend Dorijana and Franco’s beautiful holiday home if you want to have a relaxed holiday in Croatia.

Calm and tranquil in lovely Croatia

The house is semi-detached with the owners next door who were friendly and welcoming and their little dog was so sweet. In a great location; it is walkable (sort of) to the town of Rovinj but not necessarily in 32 degree heat (a good 30 minutes for fit people)! Two restaurants within walking distance (Orca was very good, Captain Morgan not so much - this is the night club that is referenced in the advert) plus more places as you walk along to town. The house is very comfortable and I would definitely recommend it. Just need cotton sheets (rather than sticky polyester one), more (better?) bath towels and sun loungers you can lie face down on. Also, the blankets over the sofas were not that great - but these are things that Dorijana and Franco can work on to make their business and their holiday home truly luxurious because, to be fair, it was pretty close. Do go, it was a bit of bargain for that part of Croatia in August. Rovinj is a lovely town too.

Älteres Ehepaar vermietet hier eine Haushälfte auf einem sehr großzügigen Grundstück.Wir wurden gut begleitet, damit wir die Wohnung problemlos finden und mit einem kalten Bier im Kühlschrank begrüßt .Alles war gut Ausgestattet und top gepflegt.Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit großer Außenanlage zur ungestörten Nutzung. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Für Tierliebhaber empfehlenswert, da immer wieder Nachbarskatzen vorbeikamen und auch ab und zu der Hund der Vermieter.
Nebenan wohnen die Vermieter, der Bereich ist komplett durch einen Sichtschutz abgetrennt

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Franco und Dorijana.Die beiden sind sehr liebe und fürsorgliche Gastgeber. Das Haus ist top, der Pool war genau richtig für unsere beiden Jungs. Er wurde auch noch von Franco jeden Morgen gereinigt. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Rovinj als vierköpfige Familie verbracht und waren rundum zufrieden. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir von den Gastgebern sehr herzlich begrüßt. Die Unterkunft war makellos sauber. Für Jede Person lagen frische Dusch- und Handtücher bereit. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über Wasser und Wein im Kühlschrank, eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit, die nicht selbstverständlich ist.Der Pool und der Grillplatz waren nicht nur zu Beginn in einem Top-Zustand, sondern wurden auch während unseres Aufenthaltes täglich gereinigt, meist dann, wenn wir unterwegs waren. Diese Sorgfalt hat uns sehr gefallen. Alles in allem hatten wir einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, herzlichen Dank an die Gastgeber!

Das Haus und der Pool sind wunderbar. Alles hat funktioniert. Super sauber und die Bäder sind klasse. Es war alles vorhanden wie beschrieben. Der Pool wird von Franco regelmäßig gereinigt. An den Fenstern und an der Haustür sind überall sehr gute Fliegengitter. Carport ist auch prima.Franco und Dorijana sind sehr liebenswerte Gastgeber.Von dieser Seite aus alles super.Etwas störend war leider manchmal - je nach Windrichtung - die Straße nach Rovinj und die "fleissigen" Nachbarn (Handwerkermaschinen und Benzinrasenmäher/Kantenschneider bis zum Sonnenuntergang)Wir hatten aber trotzdem einen wunderschönen, erholsamen Urlaub und kommen gerne wieder.

Ferien in Rovinj

Wir waren nun schon das zweite Mal bei Dorijana. Und zwar deshalb, weil es uns bei ihr so gut gefallen hat. Und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Wieder war das Haus pikobello sauber und gemütlich wie das letzte Jahr. Diesmal gab es sogar einen Carport für unser Auto und unsere Fahrräder. Allerdings spielte das Wetter an den letzten beiden Tagen nicht mit, so dass wir gezwungen waren, den Pelletofen in Betrieb zu nehmen. Aber auch das klappte ohne Probleme und schon bald wurde es wieder mollig warm. Wir möchten uns auch bei ihrem Mann bedanken, der jeden Morgen den Hof gekehrt und den Pool gesäubert hatte.Vielen Dank und sicherlich sehen wir uns mal wieder.

Unterkunft mit überdachter Terrasse und Pool

Die Besitzer wohnen nebenan und sind stets ansprechbar und kümmern sich um alles. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und lädt zum Relaxen ein. Leider ist Rovinj zu Fuß nur schlecht über eine stark befahrene Straße zu erreichen. Gute Restaurants sind durchaus fußläufig zu besuchen. Guter Supermarkt in der Nähe.

Super schöner und ruhiger Urlaub abseits vom Trubel
